Glenelg Black Angus
"Glenelg" is a family owned and operated property located in the heart of the Hunter Valley, NSW. The property runs between 300 and 400 free range, hormone and antibiotic-free Black Angus Heifers on the property’s pristine natural pastures, offering a lifetime of traceability.
Glenelg cattle are grass fed to ensure a superior flavour, and are supplementary grain fed to provide tenderness and continuity in a stress free environment. We believe this process guarantees the most tender tasting, flavoursome, quality beef with animal welfare being a high priority, which ensures better tasting beef.
